Request for Correction of School Records

Anent to the provisions under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 where it enunciated the right of a
data subject to request for correction of his or her personal data, likewise, anchoring to the
Regional Memorandum herein attached as Enclosure A, which is entitled, Guidelines in the
Correction of Entries in the School Records, the Division Office through this Memorandum
announces the streamlined procedures in the processing of requests for correction of clerical
and typographical errors in learners’ official school records within the Schools Division.
