
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
All MOAs, MOUs, Deeds, and Contracts where the Division is a party must undergo review by the Legal Unit Office prior to signing. If the document requires initial assessment by SOCMOB, it shall first be evaluated by SOCMOB before being forwarded to the Legal Unit for review and comments by the Legal Officer/Attorney III. The Attorney III may make necessary revisions and, when required, endorse the document to the Central Office for clearance, with any feedback thereafter relayed to the concerned party through the Legal Unit of SDO General Trias City. All requests for review shall be submitted via email to the Records Unit, with copy furnished to SOCMOB and the Legal Unit Office, and must include a Word file (.doc/.docx) for ease of review. The following documents require Legal Unit review but not Central Office clearance: Deeds of Donation of School Property (subject to Sites Titling Office processes), Titling of Non-School Properties (subject to REPMO processes), Work Immersion Contracts, MOA for Adopt-a-School Program, MOA for Operation and Management of Canteens, and Contracts of Service of Personnel.
